Due to the nature of health supplements and for the safety of all our customers, all sales are final. Unlike physical goods such as apparel, ingestible products cannot be returned or restocked once they have left our facility.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind,” flavor preferences, or lack of perceived results. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure you have selected the correct products.
The only exception to our “No Return” policy is if an item arrives damaged or defective. We take great care in packaging, but we understand that transit issues can occur.
To qualify for a replacement or refund on a damaged item:

Provide Evidence: You must include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage (including the shipping box and the product seal).
Unopened Requirement: The inner safety seal of the product must remain intact. We cannot replace products that have been opened or partially consumed.
If we shipped the wrong item by mistake, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of the incorrect, unopened item and ship the correct product to you at no additional cost.
If a refund is approved due to damage or an error on our part, it will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please note that banks can take 5–10 business days to reflect these funds in your account.
Safety Notice: To maintain the integrity of our inventory and ensure the health of our community, we cannot accept any product that has been out of our chain of custody for return. We appreciate your understanding of these safety protocols.
